1. Acceptance of Terms
   • By accessing or using the website www.PatriotPartyNV.com or by booking services through Patriot Party Rentals (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

1. • Patriot Party Rentals provides event rental equipment including but not limited to bounce houses, water slides, mobile axe throwing trailers, lawn games, tables, chairs, and bundled party packages.

3. Booking and Payment

1. • A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve equipment.
   • Full payment is due before the delivery date.
   • We accept payments through Bank of America merchant services, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal.
   • Final payment must be completed before the scheduled event start time.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

1. • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.
   • Cancellations made within 3–6 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
   • Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled at no cost subject to availability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

1. • Customers are responsible for supervising all use of rental equipment.
   • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.
   • Additional cleaning or damage repair fees may apply.
   • The customer must ensure sufficient power, space, and access at the event site.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot Party Rentals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of rental equipment. Customers assume all risks associated with their event.

7. Indemnification

1. • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Patriot Party Rentals, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the rental equipment, services, or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

1. • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

9. Modifications to Terms

1. • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
